3DCart has been by far the worst experience I have ever had with ANY service providers! EVERYTHING I needed was always referred back to the Billing team which was so hard to get in touch with! They are slow, rude, and incompetent! Each time I had an issue, I had to chase them to get ANYTHING done, and then as soon as I fixed the issue, it seemed like they created many more! The customer support team is exceptional
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? What I was most impressed with was how easy it was to get in touch with the customer support team. The software itself is already easy to use and doesn't come with a steep learning curve, but it was made better by the fact that we could easily get support if there were any issues that we encountered. Website and product page management is so much easier now
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? There are a lot of impressive things about 3dcart. It's got a lot of really great features that help me manage my website and product pages, control my gallery and the images that show up on it, and come up with new product pages if needed. Great customer service and extra benefits such as Google Marketing & design offers.
What do you like best? Fast response time with tickets and helpful tech support that always gets the job done. What do you dislike? The back end has limited webhook abilities. Recommendations to others considering the product: Let 3D cart help with the design of your site and take advantage of their Google Shopping management program. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? A very detailed back end that allows a lot of room for growth.

used to be good, not anymore
I have used 3D cart for a while, and they used to be good but now they have staff that just charges you $$ to fix any issues you may have and usually they are wrong and you are stuck paying anyway. I had an issue that was their fault, but I did not know at the time. They told me a $159 charge would fix the issue, but after spending the $$, they now tell me it's a different problem and that will cost more money. They have no idea how to fix their own systems. Cannot contact anyone to get any technical issues resolved. If I am lucky enough to get a human via email, or chat, they will respond and ask me for more information, but then never get back to me. Its actually like an abyss, or ship where everyone is asleep when it comes to customers like me. I've only heard directly from them when they wanted to sell me the SSL cert which I needed. That's it! What an outrageous scam company
I started their free trial and immediately noticed that while they let you customize the currency symbol, they do not let you place the symbol after the price amount (for example 123 € instead of €123). This is a crucial feature for some countries/currencies. Their technical support was rude and unhelpful, and their only recourse was to tell me that I should contact their sales department for a quote for the cost to program the feature.
