Have been using 3dcart with minimal issues for years. I have an IT background, so maybe things are just easier for me. When support is needed, it can take some time to get a response, response was instant when I first started using this platform. My sales did increase when switching from my old platform to this one.

A terrible customer service that won't help you, if they willing to help you they will charge you a lot of money. Do not use 3DCart as a e-Commerce platform

Poor, very poor customer service. The website is down for the second time now within 3 months. First time the website was down for 4 hours and while i'm writing this review have been down for 13 hours (and it still is). I called them to the support phone (3 phone numbers) and they are not available. If you do not want to loose customers, Google index and so on, do not use 3Dcart as a e-Commerce platform. They are sucks!
