I've been with 3d cart for I guess it's been about 6 or 7 years. As a website designer with a side business selling restaurant guest checks my product line got too big and complicated for me to manage as I would client websites that are not ecommerce.I chose 3dcart after checking around ALOT. Absolute terrible pricing model and only techies can handle this
They charge for everything and I bet everyone will feel Ryanair is far better at this.When you compare the annual price, it sounds cheaper with 3dcart. About 114$.But you won't have many options available at the control panel.All free themes are looking absolute rubbish plain white or black or light pink, so that everyone will hate. While they also advertise all premium templates which are colourful and has all minimum content that a e-commerce site should have. Each template costs well ...

I highly do not recommend using this company. Customer service is absolutely terrible. They do not answer to their phone calls and it takes them 2-3 days to reply if you decide to message them. Our website is closed on Sundays, but orders kept coming through, and all they said that we have to close our store manually. We can not do that because what if someone will want to place an order that day for the future. I have lost customers because of this! I do not recommend using this company if ...

I was having problems with my e-mail…
I was having problems with my e-mail account. Several things occurred.When I went to the online chat answers I achieved nothing. However they pointed me to the Just Answer (Justanswer.com). I had been there before when Adobe sent me there. This is hold up organization, you pay $1.00 to get onto the site and it gives you a sneak attack that commits you to a one year subscription for around $68.00. Then you pay $40 for poor answer. 3Dcart has been amazing for my startup business! It has been really easy for me to upload my products and understand how to navigate it. Also, the Tech Support Team has been EXCELLENT in helping me with things I don't understand.

Great way to start a first time business website.
If you are starting a new website & have a good amount of produce you know will sell. This is a great site for you. Very easy to learn how to use in a few days. round the clock help on the phone. You can't beat peace of mind that if something breaks you have someone to fix it or explain what the problem is. I set up two these for the company I work for and the second one was set up even faster because I know how the processes works. Would recommend this for a company first website.

Awful customer service.
The shopping cart functions pretty well for the most part. Unfortunately, they do not have a solid integration with Square POS which is what we were told they had by their sales rep. After a month of working moving platforms and working to try and resolve the integration issues, we found that 3Dcart would not meet our needs.
