What do you like best? Savings!!! This system can save small tech companies like mine a lot of money, as far as for a phone bill. It really either reduces your bill or gets rid of the phone bill completely. What do you dislike? There are a lot of bugs to be worked out. Convenient and Modern

What do you like best? I like using 3CX because I don’t have to use an internal office contact list on paper. When I am working from home, and need to reach a colleague, I can use 3CX from my laptop or my iPhone. It makes it SO convenient to reach others for easy communication. What do you dislike? Useful for Every Job

What do you like best? I love being able to see if a call is holding in the Que and who is busy if i need to make an inter-company call. I also like the options to delete and play voicemail on my phone from the desktop app. The 3CX app that you can download to your phone is also super useful if inclement weather happens to prevent you from coming into the office or if you want to check voicemail at home. What do you like best? I absolutely love that I can access our office phone system anywhere. What do you dislike? Sometime the app for my phone glitches and will not ring or will not stop running after phone is answered. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to be away from the office for longer periods and not have to worry about calls going unanswered.
