"A good dialer with flexible methods of dialling and great connectivity"

What do you like best about 3CX? The best thing about 3cx is that there are multiple use cases for it. Also, methods of dialing are quite vast with hard phones and softphones as well as app and phone dialing What do you dislike about 3CX? The frequent dials we have to do to connect. Also, call drops are quite a lot with voice breakages. This can be improved with better clarity and by avoiding the issue. What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you? The problems of ...

"3cx Review"

What do you like best about 3CX? This is user-friendly. Experience is just like how I use Mobile. I have the option to make conference calls and transfer calls. I can dial any part of the globe. There is no restriction. What do you dislike about 3CX? This is the tool I have been using for a long time, and I have not faced any issues. This has been the tool that I have been using for sales jobs for a few years now. What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you? This is ...

"Simple UI, admin friendly, but surprisingly robust system"

What do you like best about 3CX? In contrast to phone systems of the past like Cisco UCM, 3cx presents you with such a simple admin interface it seems laughable at first. When you dig into the different features you find that it does have every feature you need and all that you want but delivered in a logical and straightforward way that allows you to become an expert in hours rather than phone systems of the past which required months of study and hands on experience to become moderately ...

"3CX is a complete phone system"

What do you like best about 3CX? What i like best about 3CX is the great versatility. Depending on the version you'll choose (Standard, Pro, Enterprise), you'll have at your disposal a great set of features. A great feature is Voice Designer: you can graphically build your phone system. What do you dislike about 3CX? There are no really downsides using 3CX. Maybe 3CX could reduce its ticket costs. When you need support, you can count on a great online community. So, no really ...

"3CX: Sweet and Simple"

What do you like best about 3CX? 3cx has many benefits. The administrative interface is user-friendly, as is the end-user interface. Phone (both soft and physical) are easy setups. User creation and management is kept basic, but can get very granular when needed. What do you dislike about 3CX? There isn't much that I do not like about 3cx. The fact that the desktop Windows app is no longer supported is a bit of a bummer. The web app doesn't seem the have the sleep user interface like the ...

"Super easy to deploy, super easy to use....."

What do you like best about 3CX? Overall it's a fantastic product, it's easy to deploy and easy to use for end-users. The app is great too. What do you dislike about 3CX? There isn't a lot to dislike with the product, the physical phone integration with the system isn't great (i.e. phonebook sync and phone features such as forwarding) but I supposed that's the nature of SIP/VoIP. What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you? Since the pandemic hit working remotely is such a ...

"Indisputable Value and Performance"

What do you like best about 3CX? First and foremost is value. 3CX provides professional grade software features and performance at an incredible price. The software is rock solid and easy to setup, with enough flexibility to customize to integrate into any office environment. The companion mobile app is a favorite feature among my supported user base, as it allows them to work remotely without any telecom workflow disruptions. I'm also a big fan of the reporting and error checking features ...

"MSP Network Engineer with 10 Years VOIP Experience"

What do you like best about 3CX? As an MSP engineer I have used a lot of VIOP systems from Altigen, Cisco, Nextiva, Star2Star, Zultys, and Avaya both on premise and in the cloud and the one thing that 3CX has and that all of them lack is that 3CX is server software that fits into existing IT infrastructure so easily. I can run it on premise or in the cloud on Windows or Linux and all of my existing monitoring, networking, and back up work flows work with it. That makes deployment and ...
