3CX, a flexible, lower cost solution for modern voice needs that is actually easy to manage.

What do you like best? The value of this phone system is great. It's a very scalable, flexible system at a great price. The licensing models easily grow as needs do. Paying for concurrent calls instead of per phone means your paying based on your true need. What do you dislike? Some of the documentation needs improvement. Luckily the user forums are very helpful to find solutions to issues like complex call routing that the base documentation lacks. Recommendations to others ...

A comprehensive and easy to use VoIP platform.

What do you like best? 3CX makes it easy to rapidly deploy PBXs. It is easy for both technical staff and users to understand and is very feature rich. Getting non-technical staff on softphones is a breeze, and configuring new phones and extensions is about as easy as it can be. Update schedules frequently enable new functionality or improve upon existing functionality which is nice as well. Overall, I am very happy with the solution. What do you dislike? Working with the 3CX support ...

3CX is a easy to manage, cost saving, turn key solution with many features.

What do you like best? 3CX is supported on the cloud. 3CX supports all the major cloud providers. 3CX is easily deployed on the cloud. What do you dislike? I would like for 3CX to provide better support to its customers and re-sellers. They will find any little reason to refuse support. Example: Custom templates, different sip trunk provider, etc. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use yealink phones. These seem to be the most reliable phones and are heavy duty. ...

Easy Upgrade & Intuitive System

What do you like best? The system has been really intuitive for a company of all different tech knowledge levels. It has advanced features for those that want it, but is simple for those that just need the basics. It has been a life saver in today's times of working remotely. We were able to pick up and go without missing anything. What do you dislike? I think the biggest adjustment/learning curve from the implementation has been for our receptionist and learning her new normal on ...

Great, but every now in then I'll run into minor problems

What do you like best? The simple interface and how accessible it is across devices (computers, smartphones and so on). What do you dislike? The app is buggy on iOS devices and calls sometimes cut out. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great way to stay connected across different devices and easy to use! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Calls sometimes drop when using the iOs app, but the platform is easy to ...

3cx as a unified communication solution for small buisinesses

What do you like best? The webmeeting feature is easy and robust. You can do ad-hoc presentations or schedule meetings. You can share content, support staff can use the remote control features to assist others. It's a powerful and useful tool. Also the reporting feature looks very professional. What do you dislike? The softphone is not the best software-wise. There are 2 versions of the softphone that I have used and they seem to be solid with a few clunky aspects to them. I feel like ...

Good PBX and support

What do you like best? I like the ability to manage the PBX myself. What do you dislike? I dislike that 3cx updates the conference site without providing feedback or a heads up. Recommendations to others considering the product: Easy to use and manage. Ease of use is much better than Iwatsu What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Immediate addition of extensions, as needed. Realized cost savings after transitioning to 3cx.

3CX is easy to use with many great features

What do you like best? I like the CSR feature. my favorite feature I will have to say is the call back feature. We now see how many calls we lost before 3CX. What do you dislike? Hard to say. I haven't had any issues so far. Recommendations to others considering the product: I recommend following the supported IP phones as it can get a bit tricky if you use an IP phone that is not supported. I suggest using Yealink. They work best with 3CX. What problems are you solving with ...
