Using 3CX for 10 Years

3CX has made the transition to a remote workforce easy!

What do you like best? Mobile phone apps and remote device setup What do you dislike? I have no complaints. Very easy to use. The BEST PBX: In my 40 years in the telecom industry 3CX is best and easist PBX to work with.

What do you like best? 3CX is a great system: But the ease of configuration is what I like best. Also the 3CX is the best value for the money: It has all the features users want at a fraction of the price of the competition. Mobility, web client, ease of setup, variety of desk phones What do you dislike? setting up conferences does not show you who has accepted Recommendations to others considering the product: Great product. What do you like best? Its very intuitive for both technical and non technical. I like the vast amount of hardware that can link up to it. My Reseller and Support company are TOP NOTCH. Enterprise grade platform for bargain basement price!

What do you like best? 3CX offers an entire unified communications suite for next to nothing. You can run a large call center or just a small office. Its super reliable and constantly updated. Robust and Easy to Use

What do you like best? 3CX is feature rich and well rounded as a phone system. What do you dislike? I do not like the fact that admin rights are either all or none. There needs to be a way you can select what admin rights an extension has. Admins should also be able to see other admins, although I understand the reasons why you cannot. What do you like best? This system is flexible. You are not held back by annoying licencing. It just works.
