"Wonderful 3CX"
What do you like best about 3CX? The most dependable app that enables global call and call-receiving, conference scheduling, videocalling, and chat with team members and clients What do you dislike about 3CX? none so far. I love everything about 3CX What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you? You can set calls to be recorded by enabling the Record All Calls flag for each extension. Will allow you to record all incoming and outgoing calls.

"Crystal Clear Call"
What do you like best about 3CX? They have call logs that can be easily tracked. Awesome messaging and chat service system. Reliable IVR and voice recognition feature. What do you dislike about 3CX? Nothing so far. Needs more improvement in customer service. What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you? Setting up and using 3CX was very easy and hassle-free.

"Great VOIP experience"
What do you like best about 3CX? One of the best tools in VOIP..Intuitive and easy to use and manage. What do you dislike about 3CX? Reporting and logs are a bit more difficult to extract. What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you? 3CX is the main VOIP tool that we use to call and be called.

"3CX Phone System"
What do you like best about 3CX? It is a very helpful and dynamic phone system. This app has its own mobile app wherein all the employers in the company can use it. You can also see the availability of the person or if it's in a call. What do you dislike about 3CX? I don't see any downside since I've used it for a short period of time What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you? No recordings were made after several calls though it is user friendly

"Easy and Effective!"
What do you like best about 3CX? The options for cloud-hosted or on-prem installations. Both options are great. They configuration of the system is easy to use, but if you have any difficulties configuring anything, training guides are easy to find and easy to use. What do you dislike about 3CX?
