This beats whatever phone system you're using!

What do you like best? It might just be because I've had to work with other phone systems before this, but this phone system is so much easier to use and configure it's a huge weight off my shoulders. They also update their software all the time with updates and bug fixes and have excellent technical support for those really tough problems. It's a very flexible platform and I've used nearly every feature they offer at one time or another including video conferencing. What do you ...

Good product!

What do you like best? I like the desktop app, easy to setup conferences. The mobile app is also good, but it needs some improvements - notice the quality of the call is not the same sometimes. What do you dislike? 1. The lack or poor integration with office 365. It should be easy from there to book a meeting/conference call and also show busy or available based on my calendar. There are plugins out there, but we were never able to make it work 2. To have it in house in different ...

A great affordable business phone system.

What do you like best? As compared to to the Toshiba and Avaya systems that I have used in the past, 3CX is very easy to configure and administer. The interface is intuitive and works with most of the major brands of IP SIP phones. The pricing structure is also unique being based on number of simultaneous calls versus the traditional license per feature cost of typical PBX systems. 3CX also has the same feature set as the Mitel / Avaya systems but at a fraction of the cost. What do you ...

Feature packed monster that is extremely easy to use and convenient for a muiltidude of industries.

What do you like best? I love the fact that 3CX is a webclient based phone system. Everything revolves around it, from the control of your phone (CSTA) to having chat, voicemail, web conferencing and also the ability to control the call flow of your extension without admin intervention. What do you dislike? Admin features seem to fall a bit short. This is the only PBX that I can confidently say that it focuses mainly on the user and not the admin. But this is not a bad thing! In fact, ...

3CX Review

What do you like best? The free iOS and Android apps are both easy to use and allow for savings on hardware What do you dislike? Sometimes the desktop application requires a restart of my mobile device to allow me to answer via the desktop Recommendations to others considering the product: There is no reason to choose an alternative, it's one of the cheapest services available, has good support and the possibilities are endless What problems are you solving with the product? ...

Perfect Voip solution for MSPs

What do you like best? Very low overhead meaning that an instance on your cloud provider of choice can be spun for cheap. The pbx express makes the deployment of the pbx just clicking a few buttons, you don't even need to know Linux (which is the platform of choice for this PBX and the corresponding SBCs). Easy to use interface so that those without experience with voip can still do basic functions, supports a decent range of handsets, web interface is terrific and lets users control a ...

Excellent product with great mobility options.

What do you like best? We really like the Web Client and Mobile App What do you dislike? The does not see to be the ability to bulk import DID numbers or extensions. Also, there is not a simple way to create phone templates. Some features that we have been use to like Page & Announce, Remote Voicemail dial in and accessing other voicemail boxes is not available in 3CX. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure you weight the features of each system you are ...

Great System

What do you like best? The flexibility of the system is amazing. Tons of options and routing features. What do you dislike? Updates can be a pain. I like to stay up to date and get the best feature, but the updates from version to version (not dot releases) can be time consuming. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Phone call routing is the biggest. Voicemail to email is super helpful.
