If I don't get my $50 gift card I will be pissed. Great software btw.

What do you like best? Lightweight, super user friendly webclient What do you dislike? Needs a multi-tenant version. Would be great for scale-able managed PBX resale. Recommendations to others considering the product: It is great. And if I don't get my gift card I will never use 3CX again. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Cost savings, valued feature additions.

Highly Recommended

What do you like best? Ease of management. Overall views of system status, extensions and users is extremely easy to map What do you dislike? Lack of LDAP integration to tie extensions to users. Office hours feature needs to be present in Digital Receptionist settings rather than just trunk. A 'related items' field would be nice. We'd also like to remove the 3CX logo in more places since we're a re-seller. We're not hiding the fact it's 3CX, but we would like a little more brand ...

3CX is Awesome

What do you like best? There are many features that I like. It can be easily configured to run either on-premise (on either Windows or ... the one I recommend ... Debian Linux). It is very flexible with lots of great call handling features, such as Digital Receptionists, Ring Groups, Call Parking, customizable hold music. It works with a lot of different hand sets, and it works with PRI circuits and SIP Circuits. Then there are awesome web tools for users and admins, soft phones ... I'm ...

Indisputable Value and Performance

What do you like best? First and foremost is value. 3CX provides professional grade software features and performance at an incredible price. The software is rock solid and easy to setup, with enough flexibility to customize to integrate into any office environment. The companion mobile app is a favorite feature among my supported user base, as it allows them to work remotely without any telecom workflow disruptions. I'm also a big fan of the reporting and error checking features ...

Awesome phone system with great features. Excellent business continuity features as well.

What do you like best? Several years ago I needed a cost-effective phone system for a car dealership. Found 3CX and loved it. Now my company is a Platinum Partner. It can be installed in any environment, be it in the cloud, on-premise, or hybrid. All extensions get all features for the edition selected, and there is no fee for each extension, ring group, queues, etc. No nickel and dime. They are also constantly improving the product with major releases every year. What do you ...

All around excellent PBX that allows the administrators and users be in control

What do you like best? The customization and control over call flow and features. We can utilize 3CX's flexibility to configure and install a customer's system in just about any way they want. What do you dislike? Occasionally support can be frustrating when it comes to needing to be on the exact latest version before help comes. Obviously multiple versions behind is an issue but when it comes to being 1 update behind, that can be annoying. Recommendations to others considering the ...
