Great overall experience
Great overall experience, especially grateful I could take the instruction and exam online and the certification was immediate. Somewhat surprised as some of the questions did not appear as relevant and I did not recall where some where covered in depth in the training chapters. Unfortunately, I did not write down which ones, likely could have also been in part by me not remembering.

OSHA-30 hour training
program ran smoothly on google chrome. the slides were easy to interpret and had all the information needed to answer the assessment questions quite easily. There was a few conflicting slides but i had brought it to the attention of the customer service and had not received any email back. the voices of the narrators are very monotone and boring. Safety is already a boring subject and you need to captivate the listeners/students more.

Slides did not exactly reflect the wording of the presentation. Answered questions as .1 and 1 but was counted wrong because I did not list it as 0.1 or 1.0
