Worst experience ever.
WTF, this is by far the worst service provider we have ever worked with! This borders on fraud! Call center in Poland, no fixed contact person, communication in English (different skills, German would be more customer-friendly for a German company), a ticket system that you never get an answer to, emails are always answered by different people who have no idea, there are no reasonable reports e.g. on a monthly basis, only completely useless daily Excel tables (and these only on multiple ...

What do you like best about 360dialog? It was easy to set up and get started. Apart from this, there is nothing good. Their UI is unreliable and inconsistent, their back-end seems to have issues regularly.

What do you like best about 360dialog? I want a refund. The service you provide is superficial and the information provided is not correct. Also, the support team gives very superficial information to one of us. You do not have your own resources, they are trying to provide education by sharing links from external sites. Please refund the WhatsApp bussines API service I recently purchased.
