Very easy implmentation, and great customer support

What do you like best? Working with the implementation team to integrate 2-Ship into our existing customer software was extremely easy and professional. During the testing phase, they were always open to changes and suggestions of improving the integration. What do you dislike? People there should be a little more willing to help and fix the issue rather than just say it back to the customer, you made a mistake.
