Overall very good experience and reliable service

What do you like best? no hassle shipment solutions, and good tracking of shipments What do you dislike? When calling in to customer service, which I had to do only once. People there should be a little more willing to help and fix the issue rather than just say it back to the customer, you made a mistake. What do you like best? I like the intuitive interface and ease of use to adjust data and see updated rates quickly What do you dislike? Overall Satisfaction

What do you like best? The staff was easy to work with and gave attention to fine details we may have missed. What do you dislike? Confusing to launch our fairly simple website, but there are lots of parameters in which we have to work. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Created a link from our old site to our new 2Ship site. Better looking. Able to pull accurate reports and site is simple to manage.

Very easy implmentation, and great customer support

What do you like best? Working with the implementation team to integrate 2-Ship into our existing customer software was extremely easy and professional. During the testing phase, they were always open to changes and suggestions of improving the integration. What do you dislike?
