I am a partner of Avangate/2CheckOut for more than 10 years. Excellent support is about this company. However due to the terrible war against Ukraine, there were some transfer limitations imposed by some banks during the last year. Those limitations must be applied exclusively against Russia and their citizens. UPDATE: After spending several calls with them, they finally tracked down where the subscription came from. Someone overseas had my card # and made a purchase with it. Was refunded my $ today and also replaced my card. Changing my rating to 5 stars because they were truthful.
