What do you like best? That users don't need to download software to use. Makes it friendly for technophobes. The automated reminders and emails are helpful. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The call quality is really top notch with this software. It makes for easy screensharing and seeing who you’re having a conversation with. What do you dislike? Sometimes the person I’ve had a call scheduled with has had a hard time joining the call due to browser requirements. What do you like best? What I like the best about 24sessions is that it is cloud based, so you can access it through your web browser and it requires no download at all. Video chat quality is pretty good and a lot better than some of the other products that I've tried in the past.
