What do you like best about 247HRM? 247HRM's Time and Attendance module is probably one of the best in India. Whatever may be the size of the company, starting from say 100-10,000 employees, 247HRM time and attendance module fits everysize with minimal customization. And the cherry on the top, time and attendance integration with payroll, it takes us 30 mins to run payroll for 3000 + employees placed across 50 + locations. What do you dislike about 247HRM? What do you like best about 247HRM? Most help full is Generating reports, Attendance upload and Processing payroll What do you dislike about 247HRM? There is no particular dislikes about it but need to take care about report generation What problems is 247HRM solving and how is that benefiting you? We are into hatcheries and we have 130 + locations from where we have to source the data of 200+ employees, this is a herculean tax, and will you believe it when I say sitting from my office I will be able to see how many employees are there in each location with their check in and check out times. "It's simple and good but again there are minor flaws which needs to be rectified."
What do you like best about 247HRM? Generating reports for any internal purpose. What do you dislike about 247HRM? Manually updating probation post 6 months completion of employment and also back end team has to be notified to update leave balance post probation. What problems is 247HRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy to check employees all information, leaves, attendance & managing salary process.
