Using the help feature
My daughter accidentally canceled my membership. I received EXCELLENT help getting it back and saving $ in the process. It took a few emails but the answers were always quick and very very helpful and polite. I use this app every day and was very grateful for the help I got. Thank you so much.

The best password manager I have come across
The security that they provide compared to other password managers is unmatched. They are very confident about keeping your information secure. The password manager is really easy to use and understand especially after their new design coming out in full soon. Their support team is very fast to respond with other password managers I would be waiting for hours for a reply but i got a response in under an hour which is insane when you think about how big this company is.
