Support was to the point, very swift, friendly, uncomplicated process. Got answer by two 1Password employees, though, on the same ticket.

Robust technical password storage, and great staff.

I work in the IT industry so picking a password manager requires specific technical points to be considered. 1Password has a clear but technical documentation of their encryption system and password security. Separately I have had reason to interact with both technical support and customer support. In all cases they have been professional and helpful.

In my case, I had to deal with the irregularity of switching my subscription plan from an individual plan to a family plan. The irregular case was handled smoothly and I had a positive impression of the support. I will continue to use 1Password in the future.
