Impressive response time to support…

Impressive response time to support inquiries. I sent a request in on Sunday night and had a reply with detailed suggestions when I got up Monday morning. Thereafter, had a reply within half an hour to my second request. Very professional, knowledgeable and clear with suggestions that quickly resolved my problem.

Honest opinion

I contacted 1Password support for a billing issue and in less than 12 hours I had the issue solved which speaks about the excellent customer service the 1Password team provides. Also in my humble opinion 1Password is the best password manager I ever used and highly recommended without a doubt. Congratulations to the 1Password team and keep the hard work going to provide the best service in general to the customers.

I really messed things up! 1Password is just a fantastic company with many great tech support people. They stayed with me, returned all messages, and directed me on how to straighten out my issues. I will always be one of your greatest fans. I transitioned from another password vault provider after having been with them for several years. As a paying customer you expect a modest amount of live support when the product begins to misbehave. Well, not from that other company.
