Convinced by 1PW to upgrade from v6 to 8! Happy!
After using 1PW since v.2 or 3 I did not want to upgrade from v.6 standalone to the SaaS version and told 1PW so. They eventually convinced me and I am very impressed with V8, after trying it out for 2-3 hours. The guys assisted me thru all the steps to upgrade without loosing any items thru about 10 emails in one day. (1 lost my master pw to complicate things.)

Excellent support staff
In solving an issue (via email), several support staff were in contact with me over several shifts. Each person clearly had read the case notes and responded promptly, courteously, and with a very good knowledge of the 1Password product
