Above and beyond customer support

I had some unusual problems transferring data to 1password from LastPass. 1password's customer service team responded repeatedly to my questions and tried to be helpful via email over an 8 day period. Finally, when I was about to give up, one of 1password customer service team coaches, Zaid, reached out to me and went way above and beyond to walk me through debugging and finding a solution to my problem. 1password is now working very well for me.

Chrome on an older MAC

Have an older MAC so Safari isn’t supported by 1Password. Google Chrome is. I switched to Chrome but passwords weren’t being automatically placed. 1Pw support immediately responded with questions and suggestions. This enabled me to set up Chrome properly to get 1Password working properly. Quick, accurate support. Thanks.

I contacted the Support team after small issue with extension in Edge

I contacted the Support team after having some issue with the 1password extension in Edge for Mac. I not only got a very fast response but also a very clear answer with clear instructions on how to diagnose the issue. After a few mails back and forth the issue is solved !!! I am still a very happy and safe customer of 1password. Thanks to all the support team for helping me out.

Incredibly efficient

Incredibly efficient. I contacted 1Password about migration away from LastPass and they were quick to respond. This is even after I missed the email for 2 days. They were happy to offer me a 50% discount on my first year for switching despite only having 2 months left of my LastPass subscription. I couldn't ask for better service.

1Password Support - As excellent as the product!

I’ve been using 1Password for years without an issue but have not upgraded from the standalone version to the cloud version (7,8). I started having a problem with version 6, and I could not add or edit passwords, so I contacted 1Password’s support. What a fantastic experience! Great product!

Great product! I have used it now for 3-4 years I think, feels very secure and easy to use! I use it on Mac, Windows, iPhones, and iPads, and it works seamlessly on every platform!! I even showed it to a couple of my friends, and everyone immediately fell in love and started using it too. Great job!

1Password support staff is by far the…

1Password support staff is by far the most helpful and humane I have experienced, by far better than the most of others especially large corporations that put you on IVR and chatbots until you lose patience. I am very experienced IT wise and I can actually self host my password manager for free but I will never get the level of support, carefreeness and by far the best UX across all the products, not just password management. IMHO $3/mth is really worth it in this age of phishing, doxing, ...
