Fast and well informed customer support!
Extremely fast and well informed response to find a solution to my problems. Although I had contact with multiple support employees, I always felt in good hands and they were actually reading my messages and understanding my problem without bombarding me with long template messages that wouldn't even concern my matters.

Outstanding computer program trouble shooter...
Person helping me was extremely knowledgeable, very clear with information, very, very patient, willing to try different ways to explain information when originally I did not understand. We had several sessions and before he signed off, he always left with an encouraging message that we would get through the problem. He was very punctual with his phone calls.

Issue - Unlock extension using Touch ID
I had an issue that my extension couldn't by unlock using my touch ID in my Mac. The support team was highly responsive and answer quick, guide me how to export a diagnose report that would help them Identify the issue and very quickly guide me what to do to solve it. I tryed a lot of things before reaching out to the support, including online search and forums but no one had a solution. The support team did it!

Great Customer Service
I reached out to 1Password support with a question about a student discount. Even though I did not qualify for the discount for a family plan, Zahra, the customer service support person, provided me with a credit just for being a loyal customer. The response was also extremely timely. That is really great customer service. Thank you!
