Wirecutter advertised $30 for a 1-year…
Wirecutter advertised $30 for a 1-year family membership in 1Password, but their link didn't have the discount, so I contacted 1Password customer service. they verified there was no discount, but offered me $20 off, so, with their constant support, I went back in a few times and managed to sign up and import my passwords from LastPass. Now I have a learning curve ahead of me, but I feel customer support has my back.

Great Customer Service - a pleasure to deal with.
Today, I had a small self-generated issue that I needed some help with. I reached out to 1Password Customer Support and not only did I receive a speedy response to my query; they took me through, step by step, how to resolve it. The communications were fast, friendly and effective. I'd highly recommend 1Password (and do), to anyone looking for a switched on company that believes in good old-fashioned customer care. 5 Stars!

I was having a problem logging into my account because I had switched phones and my Authenticator wasn't working. I sent the Support team an email and heard back from them with some suggestions. They also were open to some of my suggestions about how to improve the set up guidelines.

Fast, capable and professional support
For any service, support when in need our doubt is the most important aspect. The 1Password support team replies in under one hour in a courteous and knowledgeable manner, even on the weekend. No need for many rounds of trying to explain your issue to a bot or a person who doesn't have the time to focus enough to understand. Any interaction I had with them in the years of being a customer led to a quick resolve, often within the first email.
