What do you like best? The visibility it provides to our CEO is highly appreciated as he is very keen on culture. Having consistency and the fact that it helps on accountability is also a plus. Moreover, the fact that we can see the trends is hugely important as we can monitor how're we're doing over time. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like that 15Five allows me to track my own progress. I can reflect on what I worked on that week and specify any challenges or wins I had. Listing my wins - it's a great thing to know the little things that can make your week positive. It also gives me an opportunity to uplift my coworkers. What do you dislike? I don't like my score when I don't fill it out on time! Otherwise I think it's a fairly simple form to fill out and not too draining. ...
