PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? 15Five is surprisingly intuitive--not a common characteristic associated with employee management applications. The developers have done a pretty good job of anticipating the users' needs, and it shows. It's a great tool for boosting work morale as well. A great tool for connecting with your team.
PROS: 15Five is a great tool to use in a team setting. My teammates and I use it to keep each other accountable, as well as to report directly to our boss. We use it not just for communication, but for tracking our tasks as well. Not to mention, we get to send kudos (through high fives) to each other--this really keeps the morale high in the team. Completely changed our team dynamics for the better!
PROS: 15Five has managed to help me whip my team into shape. For starters, unlike other solutions, it has an intuitive design and we haven't had any problem making the most out of it. PROS: With its help, I've been able to consistently meet my deadlines and finish everything on my plate. I also use it to connect with my manager and open up a dialog with him on the platform. Perfect tool for improving the interaction within a company
PROS: Finally, we have found a solution that helps us to better manage our team members and to improve the communication between management department and other employees. Great and easy to use feedback mechanism
PROS: This is a tool that allows you to report your week for your managers/supervisors so they can easily review it and work on the improvements. This is great feedback mechanism. You can input all your achievements and struggles during the week and get interaction and coaching from your supervisor. Great platform for connecting with the team and providing feedback.
PROS: 15Five makes it a lot easier to manage a team. It's great for keeping notes, communicating goals and objectives, and dividing tasks among my team members. Also, I've been more consistent with giving feedback ever since we started using 15Five. I used to keep my notes in separate programs, but it's easier with 15Five acting as a catch-all to all my ideas. I highly recommend this software to every organization
PROS: We tried other prevailing employee engagement and performance review tools but they all were useless. 15Five seems like perfect solution for our organization. It is simple to use and superb UX. It doesn’t require training and you cans tart using it from the very beginning. I especially like its OKR feature. CONS: The software is not available on Android. It lacks mobile alerts towards action confirmation and reminders.

This is great tool for improving communication and feedback
PROS: What I like most about 15Five is the fact that it allows me to communicate with my managers and other members in a more professional way. We use it to answer questions and to increase team satisfaction. We complete 15Five report every two weeks, the questions are insightful and I like that I can freely tell about my tasks, opinions and problems.
