What do you like best? Very short, easy to use each week. We use the High Fives a lot and it's great to give/receive feedback continuously. Reminders are good to stay on track. What do you dislike? Not much to criticize, perhaps the ability to edit content after submitting it . Perhaps being able to mark off weekly goals as "partially complete".
