Taken £396 from my account without an email. They don’t email customers just take out. Also not used the account for over 6 months. Will be making a charge back on my card.

Be extremely careful with 123rf. The site had me on auto-renewal and charged me over 2.5 years for 4,350 dowloads when in actuality I had only downloaded 78 photos in that time period. When I contested this and asked for a refund, note the amount of lost funds was in the thousands, I was given an option of receiving 150 - 200 downloads. The disperity didn't come close to compensating me for what I had lost. The lack of customer care and understanding is very disappointing. 123rf took ...
