Always server error while uploading files using ftp

One of the worst website for contributors, Very very low sales compared all other big and small agencies. Very slow website. Takes months to review content. Always getting server connection issue when uploading videos.

Used 123RF for years but no more

We've used this company for years and they've been great but their business practices seem to have changed. We didn't need a subscription so we would buy one-off credit packs. However, the last time we did this in January 2024, they added a default subscription to the credit pack (they also have a separate subscription option), which I didn't see. Worse, when I went to cancel the subscription, it tells me that I'll also lose all the unwanted credits I've accumulated over the last 4 months. ...

Shady business, charging you for a "free" trial

I signed up for the 7-day free trial to see what 123RF is all about. On the 6th day, I get a notification from my bank telling me 123RF wants to charge $199. Thankfully the bank reversed the charge, but to try and charge such a large amount before the trial ends is extremely shady.

Useless support chat

tried to upload several files and got rejected to accept those uploads with reason that the file description is bad. contacted vseverel time the support chat with ask to explain me, what is wrong on all my different description. The support chat empl explaind me, he dosnt have acsses on review team and said me bye bye :-)

Stay away! Unethical!

I signed up for the free trial, foolishly I forgot to cancel within the 7 day time period. The company used my debit card to charge me 200€ for a years plan! Now you could argue this was my fault, I made a mistake and I should pay for it, but as far I am concerned this is basically criminal behaviour, totally unethical and quite shocking. I am now in the process of trying to get a refund, but I will never use this company again and advise anyone to stay away as they have no ethics and use ...

All it does is send me emails!

All it does is send me emails! This website always sends me emails and it's really annoying. Like can you please stop?!?!? It also just puts adverts up and you have to pay to download images, the art takes too long to load too

I signed up for a free trial & was fleeced for almost £200

I signed up for a free trial, cancelled it and have still been charged £198!!!! The UK number doesn’t work so my only hope is an email. What a SCAM!

They have been hacked

They have been hacked. My account information has been found on the Dark Web, with my phone number and everything. They dont respect your privacy. On request, they dont delete your personal information.
