Excellent Experience!

I was helped by Georgiana, and was quickly helped with my problem. She was extremely patient and asked the right questions. It didn't take long at all to figure out what was going wrong on uploading documents to the form. I even had to take a phone call in the middle of the chat, and she stayed there to help.

Outstanding customer service

Deian, and Alex earlier, provided outstanding personalized service, helping me to think through my business application. Deian had the advantage of working with me second, and my questions were better formed. So he was able to create two videos that demonstrated the process I would use to solve my problem, even using some of the actual form data I would use.

User friendly and easy to upgrade

It does a good enough job for what it's worth...

What do you like best? I like that it has a free feature that allows you to try it out before you get started with a paid version. What do you dislike? I dislike the limited integrations that it has. What do you like best? - Easy to design screens. Forms Always Have Issues, but the customization is worth it

What do you like best? The customization of the forms is awesome, I wish I didn't have to dig in to CSS but the end product is worth it. What do you dislike? The forms have been down multiple times, prompting angry calls from our customers. What do you like best? The learning curve to use this is fairly easy. What do you dislike? Mtg.Reg. emails-didn't know which to put them in-Wix or 123 formbuilder , so i put them in both, so i probably did double the work . Also, the self-service help files need better documentation.
