I have been using 123 forms for a while…
I have been using 123 forms for a while and recently upgraded my account. I'm a small business, meaning IT support, marketing and sales are all me! With minimal IT tech know how, this product and indeed the customer support team have made it possible to provide the best possible service to my clients. Great support, customer care and a great product.123 are always evolving the products and asking users for their input and opinion.

Amazing customer service/support
I came across 123FormBuilder through a quick google search. I wasn't expecting to find just what I needed with such thorough support from a chat agent, but that is exactly what I received. The agent, Karla, was so patient and supportive in answering all of my questions and walking me (a tech novice) through each step to program my form to have it function exactly as I needed. I will definitely use them in the future - highly recommend!
