What do you like best about 123FormBuilder? When I need help to understand or adjust a script, for instance, the help desk guides me step by step. No need to wait hours for an answer. Then I receive a transcript of my cordial exchange with the knowledgeable 123formbuilder expert. Truly exceptional.

The customizable output emails have led us to create many customer-facing forms that have our logos and pertinent data from their orders or accounts on them. We have twice as many forms that are used for internal process documentation and consistency. What do you like best about 123FormBuilder? The program is straightforward to use and features a lot of great data points. The submissions are easy to read, and we like that the program emails us for each request. This allows us to respond quickly to the data being collected. We can also add our own data and common data collection questions.
