The upside of having Peoplecues tool is the option of automated triggers via email and slack whenever objectives or KRAs are updated or whenever check-ins are required What do you dislike about PeopleCues? What do you like best about PeopleCues? The summary graphs that show number of okr, not checked in last 7 days and few other information. What do you dislike about PeopleCues? The check-ins of okr are not reflected in top objective in the tree. They call it auto-rolling. This feature is missing. What problems is PeopleCues solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about PeopleCues? Sending reminders to the self, Manager, and Additional reviewers is a good feature, and when the managerial review is done, it will be beneficial if you have a separate meeting! What do you like best about PeopleCues? Quick response time, great customer service and the fact that they deliver improved versions according to feedback received. What do you dislike about PeopleCues? Slight complicated and long processes, difficulties faced in OKR module What problems is PeopleCues solving and how is that benefiting you? Making employee engagement and tracking easy. Analytics and report-making has become easy. The new feature of the HRBP addition has made it very convenient.
