Pros and Cons	Opsview Monitor is well built, with tightly written healthy code. Distributed monitoring, great user experience (UX), and easy installation. Simple to use, especially for first-time users, with an easy-to-navigate web interface. Tremendous number of available plugins for customization. Excellent support at a reasonable price point. Limited support responsiveness and communication for cancelling orders or resolving issues. Possible limitations in the free version compared to the previous community edition. Changes in the interface with the latest update are seen as a step in the wrong direction, causing usability issues and bugs.
