Easy Cloud Based Accounting

What do you like best? Setting up invoices and bills is incredibly easy. And the visual cues of its design are easy to follow What do you dislike? Some of the more intricate reporting commonly done in QB can be a little tricky to recreate exactly. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Different levels of management are able to see and edit specific components of accounts and invoices.

XERO: fantastic for small business

What do you like best? Xero has easy to use reporting tools to allow me to manage my annual, quarterly and monthly budgets. I can easily update my budget if circumstances change, record all of my outgoings and go back to review previous months and/ or compare with other time periods. They Run Your Credit Without Consent From You

What do you like best? Easy sign-up, good syncing with other software What do you dislike? The customer service is customer dis-service. They lie and send erroneous information. They also have poor internal controls so when there is a system malfunction, they want to blame it on the customer. Terrific accountancy - but stay clear of payroll

I would give Xero 5 stars for the accountancy part. It's simply brilliant for a small business with a large number of integrations that work beautifully - receipt bank for example.But I started to use the payroll at the start of the 2017 year having previously used the excellent but non cloud based Moneysoft. Dreadful system

Dreadful system. Only offer email support, which is awful when you are learning the system and have questions on how it works and have to wait several hours at least for a response. Was quite happily working away on a account, and i come back and its all gone! Waiting for a response from their team at the moment. Going elsewhere, to a company which actually has a support you can talk to.
