What do you like best about Voxie? I like that we can engage with our customers in a timely manner and in a way that feels authentic and not "bot-like". Customers can text us via our website or Instagram and recive a tailored response in a matter of seconds. I also like that the message hub provides a holistic view of all conversations (new and closed) and allows you to assign contacts based on staff availability.

What do you like best about Voxie? I love how there are real-time results. You're able to communicate with customers about deals directly and questions they have.

What do you like best about Voxie? I like how we can choose what texts are going out to our customers, as well as sending multiple texts per month. Clients see a text much faster than they would check their email & see a promotion we are running that day.

What do you like best about Voxie? It's super easy to navigate. We can look up customers, add them, message them. The team is excellent at modifying or adding text messages. We get detailed analytics. Customers come into the store based on the texts they receive.

What do you like best about Voxie? What I like the best is how easy it is for my team to communicate with our guests about special promotions, appointments, and new services we offer. Guests in return are able to respond back easily and quickly for any questions they have. We have been so happy and can't imagine not having Voxie!
