What do you like best about Updox? I love the user friendly feel, the ability to tag incoming faxes for easy organization, and the ability to print to Updox. It's a life saver at our clinic. It's also a nice way to save paper. What do you dislike about Updox? I can't think of a downside of Updox honestly. What problems is Updox solving and how is that benefiting you? It saves the clinic time and paper. It also promotes efficiency.

What do you like best about Updox? We utilize the UpDox fax most often. It puts our incoming and out going faxes at our fingertips. It is also integrated to our EMR so uploading documets from other providers is a breeze. What do you dislike about Updox? There have been many challenges to mass texting, and it is sometimes hard to send information to everyone in our system all at once. What problems is Updox solving and how is that benefiting you? Ease in sending secure documentation to patients.

What do you like best about Updox? With Updox, all our incoming reports and faxes can be loaded straight into our EMR system. We use it exclusively for our faxes in and out. The patient portal makes it easier to communicate with our patients because they can send and receive messages through the Updox portal. What do you dislike about Updox? Sometimes it's a little difficult to get custmer service when you need them. You have to leave messages and sometimes that's just not convenient when ...

What do you like best about Updox? Streamlining all of our forms for patients to fill out online. Cuts down the cost of paper supplies and printer ink significantly. What do you dislike about Updox? I haven't found any downsides to using Updox. What problems is Updox solving and how is that benefiting you? By creating all of our patient forms on Updox, we are speeding up the check in process. We are definitely more efficient in our processes.
