The program was easy to navigate.

It was user friendly. There were different ways to see the information and I always felt confident while utilizing the program. I would have encouraged the use of more features and maybe receiving reminders about incomplete entries and time sensitive information would have been helpful.

This system made it very easy to transition into private practice and do my own billing. Most things on this system are intuitive. The workflow is often being improved; and it will always be better or worse for someone as this can be highly personal to your preferences and practice needs.
