Theranest does well until there is a…

Theranest does well until there is a glitch, it does not mess up for me often which I love. When it does not save or will not let me sign and save notes it really causes disasters for me. That would be a wonderful fix, but as a whole it is easy to use and useful.

Need cohesiveness between TheraNest and Wiley's Treament Planners

I used Wiley Planner for two years. I stopped the monthly charge. I went into TheraNest to write my weekly progress reports for my clients; and Wiley had erased previously written notes until I paid the monthly fee again. Since TheraNest has the ability to speak for us as a group, I would like for TheraNest to contact the Wiley technicians to see what can be done to ensure our notes will remain in the system after we discontinue the monthly service.

Good enough

I find your templates to be thorough and easy to understand. The interface is easy to follow and pleasing enough to look at. I find some of the transitions between pages to be a bit awkward, which is the only reason I did not not give 5 stars. I appreciate the availability of the customer support team.

Overall we are satisfied, but there are some glitches that are detrimental to performance

Things mysteriously disappear and are never found again. This has happened numerous times. Need more options/capabilities on dynamic forms. Auto-save features are needed on all forms.

Honestly

Honestly, I still haven’t heard back from you all at all. I have never received an email trying to help me with my theranest problem. Luckily, I was able to fix it on my own.
