Good experience with Spotme App on training course

What do you like best? The App was very easy to use, it was possible to add in our own branding to it and a big group of people could use it at the same time. The interactiveness of app was very helpful in navigating people around. Very helpful that people could still access the app afterwards to refer back to anything. Very simple and easy-to-pick-up platform to quickly create a great looking event app. Additionally, the customer support team was very helpful, quick to respond, and ensured progress was steady. What do you dislike? Limited optionality to enhance the existing features within the app in order to perform more advanced and out-of-scope functions. SpotMe was great for our 3 day conference

What do you like best? The SpotMe app allowed our conference delegates to connect before, during, and after the conference. We were able to send live reminders during the event to get information out to everyone. What do you dislike? Wasn't an easy way to export information and send to those who hadn't downloaded the app. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Delegates were able to exchange contact information after the event.

Fantastic product, helpful staff - Would reccommend!

What do you like best? The staff were incredibly helpful and would always work to implement requests (no matter how difficult) at a moments notice. On-site they were both calm and collected and were very professional (as well as super friendly!) What do you dislike?
