What do you like best about SpotDraft? Spotdraft provides a pretty good legal work flow management tool. The product offers all the required steps in the life cycle of a contract, from contract drafting to sending to internal teams to finally sending out to the client for execution and storage at the end. What do you like best about SpotDraft? It is user-friendly. Not too complicated with too many features, which may be irrelevant. What do you dislike about SpotDraft? Nothing as of n ow! It is very good tool. What problems is SpotDraft solving and how is that benefiting you? Execution of the contract is faster compared to the physical implementation.

What do you like best about SpotDraft? The best thing about Spotdraft is the report generation, this saves us from a lot of manual efforts that would be required to track the status of the agreement. "Managing contracts has been very easily after we signed up on Spotdraft"

What do you like best about SpotDraft? Being able to access contracts worked on by other teammates. What do you dislike about SpotDraft? There are some bugs in the Platform and sometimes there is a lag. What problems is SpotDraft solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to acess documents worked on by all members of our team on one platform. Earlier we had to write emails requesting for the signed agreement to the entire team.

What do you like best about SpotDraft? Once configured well, the application is pretty easy to use - collecting approvals and creating new contracts are very simple. The UI/UX is also pretty straightforward. The support team is also responsive and is also very quick. What do you dislike about SpotDraft? The editor is a little tricky sometimes. What do you like best about SpotDraft? All the contracts at one place. Easy to track for renewals and download drafts. What do you dislike about SpotDraft? The UI can be made more attractive. What do you like best about SpotDraft? Moving away from PDF/Docs/Texts documents to using a portal to manage and send all the Spotdrafts make it super easy for me to manage agreements for different merchants and brands. What do you dislike about SpotDraft? As i am handling multiple brands with multiple SKUs, Spotdraft allows only 5SKU per Agreement post which i have to start a new agreement, very redundant, i now spend more time in this.
