Autorenewal Charged with NO Access

With my previous Brokerage we had to use Skyslope for processing our transactional deals and digital signatures. Once I left the Brokerage, I no longer had access to Skyslope. I was charged and then an auto renewal fee for $64.99 hit my account. I have requested a refund and the customer support "Caroline E." would NOT refund the fee. I have asked for access to Skyslope since I cannot get a refund. I have not received access to a service I had no choice in using. Poor customer service.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Faulty and poor services. They do not look to resolve any problems. Bigger headache then anything. WASTE OF MONEY

Complete Garbage

My real estate agent sent me something to fill out through this app/website and it sucks. Keeps freezing and won't let me scroll up to change things and there are no save options. I have to start all over again everytime.

Do not use them as a brokerage for your agents. The system is very difficult to use. The forms they use are CA based, but they tell you the checklists are for your state. We have not been able to use our accounts since 9/26/23 in the full intended and promised service use. We have had to use other methods. When we requested to cancel under our right they argue and fight us - they do not seek to find resolutions. Customer support is non-existent unless you are adding on more services and ...

Can't go one day without major issues

A real estate agent document upload/document review platform that I would never recommend to a brokerage to use. Everyday a new issue comes up. Slow and chaotic, it's nerve racking!

SkyGlitch - SkySlope

Very mixed on the review, can't give them one star since the platform is great. Can't give them 3 or more because their system is so full of glitches, hence the name SkyGlitch. They keep changing everything for the worse, especially Digisign that they now charge for, REALLY it's not that great! The system is slow, clunky and glitchy! What do you like best about Skyslope? We love the simplicity of keeping track of every transaction the entier step of the way! Now all of our offices are paperless and can pull a file from anywhere!

What do you like best about Skyslope? The most helpful thing about Skyslope is that all documents are in one spot to be turned in, reviewed, and approved. If anyone needs to go back and find something, it is all in the same spot with minimal searching.
