"Very user friendly and the Admin reports are very helpful."

What do you like best about Mindtickle? Ease of Use and I love the review questions after the complete a Quick Update. I also like that it creates a Scorecard for each Sales Associate by looking at their Capabilities and Competencies. "Great experience and ease of use"

What do you like best about Mindtickle? I found the format of how the videos were laid out and the visual representation of the exercise is very easy to follow. On the whole however I found it very easy to use the platform also made me watch all of the documentation which in other providers had been easier to bypass this makes your platform very good to deploy to colleagues and team members knowing they will complete the modules. What do you like best about Mindtickle? They are super responsive when you have questions. What do you dislike about Mindtickle? I have some issues with the scroll bar when adding/removing users, but that could be a user operator issue! What problems is Mindtickle solving and how is that benefiting you? providing training and tracking completion.

What do you like best about Mindtickle? It is in very good sync with CRM. Never faced any challenges. What do you dislike about Mindtickle? There is nothing to dislike at this point of time. What problems is Mindtickle solving and how is that benefiting you? It is very easy to use along with Salesforce for the training series for the new hires. Always worked very smooth.
