What do you like best about Mindtickle? Reporting is great, well structured and data can be pulled and worked with to give you the stats you need What do you dislike about Mindtickle? So, for this I will say that each LMS has things where it is/isnt strong. For me, some of the fiddly settings in MT are annoying, but once set, you are done. Over the years, the MT product and innovation teams have also spent ample time understanding customer needs and ensuring this drives the product roadmap. I have used the tool at multiple different companies for a few years now, and always have great support from the CSM team and platform support.
