"The best translation suite"

What do you like best about Phrase Localization Platform? I've used other translation suites, and Phrase takes the cake. It has so many powerful features, I use it every day and am just scraping the surface. What do you dislike about Phrase Localization Platform? A lot of the AI features could be much smarter. For example, after I put terms in the TB and even forbidden terms, the pre-translation keeps using terms I don't want instead of the ones I do. It also doesn't learn from corrections ...

What do you like best about Phrase Localization Platform? There are several things I really like about Phrase: (1) streamlined project management features, (2) the ability to work easily with other translators on projects because the project is in the cloud, and (3) the simplified interface. "Great tool for beginners but also experienced translators"

What do you like best about Phrase Localization Platform? The thing I like most is the approach to translation memory (it states very clearly which words/phrases are locked, which have 100% match) and it gives a machine translation for quick glance, which often needs to be reviewed, but is still very useful. - I love the ability to insert the preview of your translation so you always have the context. I just wish more clients would use this feature. What do you dislike about Phrase ...

Outstanding cloud based translation solution

PROS: You can use the online platform as well as the desktop editor. CONS: I can't spot any serious problems with the features included.

Could be better

PROS: Availability both in the Internet browser and desktop version; familiar interface of CAT tools. CONS: Tags adding, synchronization of desktop and online versions of app. Access to memsource cloud without having jobs in progress when account is desactivated; Speed of scrolling.

Memsource for Localization

PROS: Memsource is easy to use and stable, good product support. CONS: The QC function is very time consuming, the same errors have to be ticked off several times in order for the task to be completed which can be frustrating.

User-friendly and easy navigation for quick translation.

PROS: Easy navigation around the CAT tool and uncomplicated tools within the system. CONS: It would be nice if the browser-based version was faster when confirming segments and when navigating the QA part.

Memsource Customer Review

PROS: I got amazed about the response time of the support I got. When I submit requests for assistance I can get help within a very short time. CONS: The user interface of Memsource is not very friendly to use, it would be better to improve for a better user experience.

Excellent tool for management and translation

PROS: The first thing that I like about Memsource is how it also works reliably as a management tool on top of being a translation tool. I can use it to manage a translation project and give translators their particular tasks. I also appreciate how users are provided with an instruction manual that you can use any time something is not working right hence maximizing all its features available to the user. It is also easy to access the cloud once you've received the user data and password ...

Simple and user-friendly

PROS: I love how user-friendly this is. Another thing that I much like about it is how I can download the file and upload it just as easily. CONS: I don't know if it's because of the tool, but whenever I use it my internet connection gets affected and slows down.
