Luno Is the WORST Crypto Exchange

Luno's platform can be misleading and restrictive. They require you to manually enable crypto sends, and after two weeks of 'processing,' the feature is supposedly activated. They claim you can withdraw up to $12,000 USD in crypto daily, but this is far from the truth. In reality, when you attempt to withdraw, their 'system' arbitrarily determines the amount, which, in my case, was limited to just $250 USDC. Be very careful

Be very careful, Luno will limit the amount of your own crypto you can send - basically holding your assests captive. Preventing further transactions with other wallets, including your hardware wallet in self custody. You need to provide them with bank statements, payslips, a photo of you holding your ID next to your face etc. You are NOT in control of your own investments.
