Absolute warning to others who attempt to stall 2700$ into their wallet. Account closed (a friend of me) with no further notice. Pure theft! Looking at the rest of the reviews the pattern(s) is the same. They do not return the money - they just obfuscate it.

Its was very easy to find and buy any cryptocurrency in Luno I just bought some alt coins 🪙

Don't trust luno with your fund

I invested in luno and when it was time to send my crypto to an external wallet, they withheld the fund stating that am not eligible to send out money or withdraw from the platform. I contacted their customer support via live chat which was responded to by their chat bot named toshi. I eventually managed to chat with a human customer support agent who confirmed too that I cannot withdraw or send out from the platform due to security reasons. I wanted to test how fast Luno processes USDT transactions, so I transferred $6 to Luno via the Tron network. The transaction was approved on Tron scan with 16 confirmations. However, when I contacted Luno support on their app regarding the transaction, they informed me that they do not support the Tron network on their platform. I cannot access my account due to country restriction by Luno themselves and my account already has an assets inside it before 6 years.
