What do you like best? The ease it takes to use the software and the customer service. A lot of softwares are complicated and sometimes other customer services take a while to get back to you. Livestorm helps me within minutes via e-mail. What do you dislike? There's not much that I dislike. What do you like best? Their service is max. 2min away if you text them via their available chatbox. Support is really great, very intuitive tool and offer a way to personalize your registration page, etc. What do you dislike? No proper API access yet, coming soon though. We can easily interact with our customers, answering questions and running polls to gain further insight and understand our audience better. What do you dislike? Simply the best online webinar software available

What do you like best? The simplicity and the clean user interface. I tried several online webinar solutions and always had some issues that were eventually deal breakers for me.
