Very good product and potential for growth!

Basically all the functions you want to see in ATS are here, all you need to do is to set up criteria and wait for the software to sort applicants for you. We also had a great value from their automated background checks as well as their communication features. I like how they are always open for suggestions. It's nice to observe how the product is constantly improving.

What do you like best about Employa? I like that I didn't need to switch to another recruitment software and Employa perfectly integrates with the ATS that we use. I saved hours on integration and onboarding procedures and days on finding the right candidates. It's great that I could skip the CV screening process and start interviewing candidates before our competitors hire them :)
