What do you like best about Conveyor? Conveyor is an excellent tool that's constantly evolving for the better, which has contributed to my team's success by arming them with our curated collection of KB articles wherever they work. The Conveyor team is very open to feedback, quick to implement QoL improvements, and approaches their customer relationships most wonderfully. We feel we have a partner in Conveyor and not just a vendor.

Conveyor offers two different parts of their service: a self-service portal that prospects and customers can be pointed to for documentation and knowledge base items. When that doesn't suffice, they also offer a white-glove service where you can send a questionnaire to a member of their team to review and fill out using the information that you've already supplied in your portal and any private assets you choose to share with them.
