A great tool for CRO

What do you like best? The customer support is fast and helpful. The support is on point. What do you dislike? There's not really anything to dislike. The learning curve may need some improvements What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We, as online marketers, use Convert Experiences to launch A/B tests without our web development team. This benefits us a lot as we can accelerate our process.

A great tool to get your experimentation (testing) workflow going!

What do you like best? Convert's customer support team is fast, knowledgable and solution oriented. They are patient enough to help you understand and tackle your doubts. Once you manage to set-up your test, it's quite nice to see in real time the status of what is happening. What do you dislike? There is some learning curve to the tool with regards to setting up your experiments and goals. It's a matter of learning how to work with the tool and then you can easily create more ...

A reasonably priced and powerful testing tool

What do you like best? - Easy to use reporting interface. Convert is easily the most readable of all the platforms that I've used. - Reasonably priced compared to many other tool providers on the market. Optimisation tools are often only as good as the people using them - so the money saved on tools can go to building a better optimisation team that will get results, rather than a tool with loads of features that you'll rarely use! - The Javascript based test creation is great for ...

Great A/B testing tool!

What do you like best? This a/b testing tool is very easy to use without any training. What do you dislike? For the most part it has been a great platform, sometimes support is slow. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to run efficient a/b testing on our website and get results to increase our conversion rates.

Powerful, flexible testing at an affordable price.

What do you like best? Convert has something to offer all skill levels. Beginners and experts will both find features they can configure out of the box. There is great support for audience creation, enhanced personalization and more. Convert's customer support team is also excellent, going above and beyond to help us use the tool to its maximum potential. They even developed a workaround to help address Safari's recent ITP 2.2 tracking changes. All of this at an industry low price means ...

Convert Experiences: The price friendly A/B testing platform that works

What do you like best? Convert was selected based on price point, feature set, and UI/UX. All three are very friendly to new testers and small to mid-market size companies. Their UI and tool workflow is the best out of all of the non-enterprise solutions that I have tried. It is very quick to pick up for a first time user, and the under-the-hood development capabilities for building experiments is easy for even a junior level developer to handle. What do you dislike? Convert lacks ...

President of Law Firm Marketing Canada

What do you like best? It’s very user friendly and easy to navigate through. One of the best I’ve deal with so far. What do you dislike? Having a verbal summary of the data would be great. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have been able to increase our return on investment for our online ad spend

The best testing environment we've used

What do you like best? There are so many features that we love, like: -The frontend Javascript-based tests are very easy to setup and run, with some of our simpler tests going up in 30mins or less. -The backend tests (though a little more time consuming) allow for greater flexibility and utility for testing larger UI/UX changes -Built in audiences make it easy for us to capture mobile vs desktop users or even only test during weekdays or business hours. -Customizeable goals ...

Great testing platform and easy to use

What do you like best? I appreciate the fact that I can get in and set up many different types of tests without developer assistance. The Support team is really great too; very responsive and knowledgeable. What do you dislike? Occasionally a little bit of flicker as the test version loads in the browser but that seems to be common with most A/B test platforms. Recommendations to others considering the product: Definitely give it a try and reach out to the Support team with any ...
