"Easy to use contract and governance suite"

What do you like best about ContractZen? Easy to use, rapid installation, data model and support for contract management, board meetings and e-signing all in one. The roll out was straight forward: the user interface was easy to understand and did not require long sessions on usage. The biggest benefits for us are the alerts on contracts requiring review or activity and the speed of e-signing once agreement has been reached. What do you like best about ContractZen? Easy to use, also good in mobile app, all services you need for governance. What do you dislike about ContractZen? I do not see any downsides in using CZ - all works well! What problems is ContractZen solving and how is that benefiting you? All documents in one place - easy to use and easy to archive. Getting the whole board on board with agendas and other documents.

What do you like best about ContractZen? All important agreements and documents and their main terms and conditions are easily kept in order and stored. E-signing works smoothly with our customers that are located in over 50 countries. What do you dislike about ContractZen? Searching is something a bit challenging. What do you like best about ContractZen? It is very easy to use and reminds all important dates etc on agreements. What do you dislike about ContractZen? Everything was working well and I was a happy user. What problems is ContractZen solving and how is that benefiting you? We had so many different rental deals and other agreements which had to have monthly or yearly reminders. And, of course, the virtual data room made our exit easy for every party.

What do you like best about ContractZen? Customer service. Whenever I've reached out to their support, I've received help. What do you dislike about ContractZen? The UI look and feel could be more modern but on the other hand, it works which is the most important thing. What problems is ContractZen solving and how is that benefiting you? As a startup founder, for me the data room that enables us to be DD ready is the most important thing.
